Awards Entry Terms & Conditions, October 2025
The entry process
Please make sure you carefully read the description of the category/ies you wish to enter by visiting the categories and criteria page on the website before submitting your entry, and the eligibility criteria which can be seen on our FAQs page. You may also wish to read the judges’ guidance page. Complete your chosen entry form and submit it online along with any supporting documents and appendices you wish to include, together with your company logo. Make sure you keep to the word limit specified for each category entry (appendices are excluded from this count). It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before submitting their entry. Any entry which exceeds the word limit or does not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected and not considered for judging, without refund of any fee paid. We recommend completing your entry in a Word document before entering online.
All entries must be received by the closing date specified on the Awards website. If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your entry by that date, please contact us at the email address specified for submission of entries on the Awards website.
By submitting an entry, you or a company representative agree to be available to attend the awards on the date and location specified on the Awards website. Please note, additional charges apply to attend and the entry fee does not include admission to the Awards.
You also agree if you are shortlisted or win an award of any level, Faversham House may publicise the fact, using your company logo, prior, at the event and after, online and/or in our relevant publications. Photographs taken during the ceremony may also be used for publicity after the event. If you do not wish to be identifiable in these photos, please contact nicolagillman@fav-house.com.
Payment for entries
By submitting an entry to the awards, you agree to pay for your entry online via card payment when you submit your entry, the payment is calculated per entry. Once you have submitted an entry to the Awards, we are unable to cancel or refund the payment.
Judging
Judging takes place after the closing date for entries and the shortlist will be published on the Awards website before the event. Judging is conducted as a panel of independent industry experts and no one person is responsible for deciding the winner of each category. The judges’ decision is final and cannot be disputed.
At the event
Any opinions expressed or statements made by speakers or other attendees at the event are in their personal capacities and are not made or expressed on Faversham House’s behalf.
If we reasonably consider your behaviour or that of any of your guests is inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, dangerous or illegal, we may ban you or them from further participation in the Event without a refund and ask you or them to leave the event and/or the premises. We have zero tolerance of abusive behaviour to our staff, the venue’s staff, and fellow guests or attendees.
Changes by us
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, location, and/or speakers for the event without prior notice.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to abandon, cancel, suspend or postpone the event in whole or in part and/or change the date and/or venue due to circumstances beyond our control which may (in our sole opinion) affect the health and safety of participants, the availability of the venue or the success of the event. If the event is abandoned or cancelled, bookings will be transferred to a new date and/or venue. If you are unable to attend at that time or place you may receive a credit for a future event (valid for 12 months from the original date of the event).
Except as stated below, we will not offer refunds to attendees due to circumstances affecting the event, or your ability to attend it, which are outside our control. We will not in any circumstances be liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a result of any abandonment, cancellation, suspension or postponement of the event.
Liability
Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of persons for whose acts or omissions we are legally liable, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind which you may suffer at or in relation to the event, and our aggregate liability to you will be limited to the amount you have paid to us.
Privacy
Your full name, job title and company will be used in an attendee list at the physical event. If you do not want your details to be displayed, please contact our event management team once booked for the event.
Your details are collected by Faversham House Ltd. as organiser of the Event to process your entry and/or booking, deliver our events and communicate to you as a customer of our services. This will include notice for the next year of this event and the promotion of similar products and services by post, email and/or phone. We will only send information that we think is relevant to you and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you do not want to receive these communications at all, please contact datadepartment@fav-house.com to unsubscribe. During the event, your image and/or those of your guests may be captured in photographs, screenshots or videos which may be used on our website, in our magazines or in marketing material. However, if anyone’s image is captured they have the right to request that we remove it or amend the image, so they are no longer identifiable. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact us before the event at datadepartment@fav-house.com.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
