Tom Lowe is Founding Director of Thermal Storage UK, a trade association representing manufacturers of smart thermal stores. Tom campaigns to encourage the use of flexible assets through changes to energy policy and the tax system. Tom is a member of National Grid ESO's Power Responsive Steering Group and has previously worked on energy strategy and policy for Ofgem, energy suppliers and consumer groups.
